Currys Pc World Featuring Carphone Warehouse

I did not expect to get served by a young man chewing gum with an attitude! Very poor.

Currys failed to provide DPD with any order information and I had to spend my day waiting for the laptop. As well as 2 hours on the phone to themselves and DPD.

However the laptop is good

Incredibly rude customer service, went to buy a dishwasher, the music was so loud in the store all that was missing was a bar & flashing lights to accompany the ridiculously high volume!.. I turned it down to speak with an assistant then some bearded goon (you know who you are) turned it back up higher!.. & then was sarcastic about it & pulled childish faces to his mates, oh well guess what they lost my business that day, here's a tip.. customer service is king, you lot failed abysmally!

I advise that you avoid this store. The "Manager" Jake (or Joke as he will now be known) is one of the most unhelpful people I have ever met and is incapable of speaking the truth. In other words, he lies. Go to a different shop where they might help you and tell you the truth.

Was expecting something a little more special for the amount of time they were closed. They have a good range of goods but nothing to write home about
