appalling repair service, unable to speak to the store directly, waited 30 min on phone. been without samsung tv for 3 weeks, they said faulty remote waited 3 weeks and they have sent the wrong one cannot get to speak to local store.. wont be using them again. very unhelpful

Well my visit was good the staff member I dealt with in Carmarthen store were great.
Steff the know how guy he defo knows his stuff and quickly agreed to change my 6 week old laptop that just took to long to even start up . Thank you .
Chris the store manager was a personable guy .
What will we all do when there are no shops to go to and get thing's sorted out???

A good selection of well known electrical goods from a major high street retailer.

As an IT professional I keep nipping in thinking it might be convenient only to find they rarely have what I'm after and when they do the prices are inflated beyond belief. Staff don't know enough about the technology they are selling and every time I've seen a computer go into their repair division it comes out as bad as it went in. Riddled with un-necessary software they try to sell.

Angry guy decided to have a go at my brother saying he's the pc specialist and that he was German and had already told him everything and finished with so are you going to buy a pc or not? He was a disgrace to the company which i know would be ashamed of him. I'm leaving this as a one star until i don't see him for 3 visits then i may reconsider. Quite frankly if that's the way he talks to people he shouldn't be working in retail.

The staff here are amazing Anna actually searched the Internet for voucher offers to get me money off! Awesome!

Helpful staff with a good selection of electrical equipment. The USB cable I wanted was four times the price available online though.

When we visited Carmarthen Showrooms for the first time, last week,it took 20 minutes to get served in the bathroom sales area.. No product that we wanted was on display. Very poor customer attitude and very limited display.
So this time I ordered on line but we have just unpacked the product (a Rangemaster oven) and the glass door is smashed to pieces. This time it took 20 minutes to get a person to talk to me and an exchange of goods "might be available " but if I "phoned again tomorrow"........at which point I asked politely if they would phone me! We have glass all over the kitchen floor and at least they are sending someone to clear it up (I am told). Again a very unsatisfactory experience. Don't upset Carmarthen by ordering anything.....................go to Llanelli?

Waited half an hour just to get assistance. I asked some of the staff and they were with customers all the time and I left the store and went to currys in Llanelli and they had better staff there. Go to Currys in Llanelli as you get better service there.
