Very helpful and friendly service

Staff obviously not customer focused. More interested in talking amongst themselves. We ended up going to Tesco down the road where we were approached by a member of staff in their electronics department who was more than happy to help. Avoid the store, go online if you must shop at Currys PC World.

Completely useless. Buy a dishwasher and pay for it be ‘recycled’. Ignorant delivery men tell me they’ll come back to collect it and don’t bother. 2 weeks later and after 2 visits to the store it still hasn’t been collected. Found all staff (barring the one that sold my the dishwasher) unhelpful and ignorant. Receive a text from KNOWHOW (more like know how to test my patience) saying it would be collected today between 10 and 4....surprise surprise still no collection.

Dewi Lewis you are writing your response in English, but give a score of one star to Currys because no Welsh language spoken by staff?

In this branch the staff have not been hired on the basis of speaking Welsh. However should you require information in Welsh, assistance will be provided in your chosen language. It's called customer service desk, (right at the front of the store, you can't miss it) you ask & the staff are more than willing to help.

I found the employees there to be helpful and if you come across one individual staff who can not answer a question, well they always bring forth someone else who can help. No person is expected to know everything, people have different areas that they work in.

Therefore please give a feedback that is related to item or efficency of staff.
The rating of one star on the basis or language isn't their problem Dewi, it's yours. Try being fair & not brushing all staff with the same brush.
