Cwm a Mynydd (Hill and Valley) is the name for the Rural Development Programme in Caerphilly and Blaenau Gwent.

Here at the Cwm a Mynydd Programme we are busily delivering a number of innovative rural projects across the County Borough's all under the happy banner of the RDP. To give you an idea, think everything from helping young people gain skills and access to work, renewable energy, working with farmers and food producers and supporting creatives to share the amazing talents of our communities and people with as many people as possible.
