Wow what a month ! Just heard today that the Guild of Fine Food has awarded us a Gold Award for our Pork & Laverbread Sausages. Only 2 companies have been awarded this accolade in Wales this year. Sponsored by Harrods. Gold award recognised World Wide :)

We won !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great British Farm Food Awards 2015 Cwm Farm wins a first in the Charcuterie Section With our Laverbread Salami, beating tough competition from All over Great Britain - voted best Salami with celebrity chefs.... Have to write a press release, and waiting to go to London for award ceremony. Pinch me :)

*Announcement* The Great British Farm Produce Awards Cwm Farm are proud to confirm that we have been shortlisted to the final 10 with our Laverbread Salami. The others are from Scotland, London, Devon & Cornwall in the Speciality Charcuterie Section - we are the only one in Wales to get through in this category. The next stage of judging is in London !
