This garage is a JOKE ! We have taken our Van there for a Warranty issue and over 48 hours later they have still not really looked it. Given this is a delivery vehicle it needs to be on the road. They keep telling me it will be next week which will mean they will have had the Van for a week ....before they can look at an issue covered under warranty.ABSOLUTE JOKE...furthermore the service staff are rude and unhelpful !!!.I would advise not to take your vehicle here there must be better places.

This dealership have no idea of times or appointments, Recently had my car serviced here and on dropping the car off at 07:45 had to wait almost 15 minutes in a deserted showroom for a member of staff to take my keys, eventually a fitter on his way into work took them from me. Car was due to be picked up at 12.00pm but on arriving an hour past this time still not ready , Customer service staff more interested in talking than sorting out the paperwork unhelpful and not polite . Paperwork eventually sorted just handed to me in a pile with keys not even a thank you never mind an apology for making me late back to work. Car was outside un- vacuumed and full of water marks where they had half heartily washed it dirtier than when I left it. Booked an mot with them a few weeks later as they use your information to pester you for other work. Mot booked two weeks earlier for 11.00am , day before a text tells me they will be doing it at 2.30pm which was unsuitable. phoned the garage totally uninterested and could not care less , went elsewhere in the end. This is not the standard of service I expect from a Main Dealer.
