Very happy with the service I received yesterday in Cyclopaedia. I took my bike in for a service because it was making a lot of noise. The work was done very quickely (the same day) the customer service was excellent and very friendly. While I was there I also bought a camelpak, I got great advice on the different types of bag and was offered a very good discount when I asked if the price could be reduced. I will return.

Great service, I was seen within two minutes of walking through the door. No fuss, straight to the point repair (replacement for a broken spoke), and text alert to let me know my wheel was fixed. Can't fault it.

Top cycling shop in Cardiff, very helpful staff, top mechanics, quick turn around times, plenty of advice available. staff all have a clear experience of all aspects of cycling, from commuting to competition.
The dog is quite friendly too!

I don't know if they've just been having a bad day the two times I've been in but I honestly get the impression they just want me to leave as soon as possible. They don't offer info voluntarily you have to ask about hundred questions. I don't know if that's because they think I'm stupid but they're a bike shop aren't they there to discuss bikes? either way the service is pretty shocking I would recommend going elsewhere.

Great experience buying first proper road bike. Ian was very helpful and made sure I got what I needed and nothing else. Would recommend to anyone who is getting into cycling in Cardiff or nearby.

Brilliant service! I went there to get a wheel trued but I also needed to get a box big enough to post another wheel off for a warranty issue. They gladly obligied with a bike box I could cut down. Really friendly staff and always willing to help. Can't fault them!
