The staff are so friendly and welcoming at Cyfarthfa Dental Centre. They make you feel at ease from the moment you step in there. I used to avoid going to the dentist, but now I get all my treatments done and they're so professional. They explain everything so well and check that you're ok all the way through.

I was petrified going to the dentist after a previous experience else where. But since joining Cyfarthfa dental, I have never felt at such ease by Rhys and the team ’┐Į from start to finish everything is explained and checked everything is ok throughout treatment. Highly recommend !!

I was absolutely petrified by dentists, but my appointment this morning was so relaxed that I had a lot of work done in one go. I want to thank my dentist who did a fantastic job with me. Easing my fears and taking it slowly. This is an excellent practise that I recommend to everyone.

I have not been to the dentist for about 9 years. Absolutely petrified. . I even cried after having a check up. I have had an irrational fear of the dentist from an early age and there was a time when I would do anything to avoid an appointment. Not anymore. The care you are given by all staff at Cyfarthfa Dental Care is amazing. They are so friendly, helpful and patient. Tristan is a wonderful dentist as well as being a really nice bloke and his assistant, Jessica is so sweet. Thank you guys.

I have always had a big fear of the dentist and after going to many different dentists i finally feel comfortable and at ease with Paul. He understands my fear and anxiety and helps me through it. I had root canal treatment yesterday without sedation which i never thought i would be able to do,he talked me through it and i felt no pain. I would recommend this denist to anyone especially if you have a fear. Thank you Paul.

I am so scared of the dentist and even though I am still a little shaky at the thought of going the wonderful team at Cyfarthfa Dental Surgery always make sure I am okay and try to put me at ease. Everything is immaculate! The dentist and his assistant are always very nice and the girls on the reception are just fab. If you're scared of the dentist - don't hesitate to contact these guys. Couldn't thank Paul enough for all the work he put into getting my teeth sorted, after having a massive fear of the dentist, but being so unhappy with how overcrowded my teeth were I decided to go for braces! Paul and his team completely transformed my smile and changed the way I looked, throughout the whole 7/8 months of treatment, and going to the dentist every 2 weeks, he made me feel so relaxed and at ease while being in the dentist chair! Not only have I got the smile I have always dreamt about, he has also helped me get rid of the dreaded fear I had of the dentist! Definitely all smiles now when visiting the dentist! Brilliant dental experience. I had a cancellation appointment to sort my tooth pain out .unfortunately I had to have a tooth out but it was a good experience. I don't think nobody likes having a tooth out but Rhys was brill made me so at ease and talked me through every step of the way .Thank you.

Absolutely terrified of the dentist, this place is amazing, all the staff from the receptionist to the nurses to the dentists all make you instantly feel at ease and safe. The dentist will never be my favourite place to go but the staff here make the experience so much less traumatic. Thank you!

Absolutely superb. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time (previous bad experience) but I plucked up the courage to make mine and my daughter's appointment. Rhys made me feel so at ease and really easy to talk to about my anxieties. Didn't get lectured at all and I felt so comfortable I agreed to have the bad teeth extracted and a filling all in the same day! Definitely overcome my fear and no hesitation to return in 6 months time for a check up :) thank you Rhys for restoring my faith in dentists :)
