I come to Trevor with an issue which I have had for a few years - I've always had sports massages to ease the pain but it's always been a temporary fix (2/3 days). I felt so comfortable and at ease during my consultation; Trevor gave me a detailed explanation as to what the issue is, what's causing the pain and options going forward which I easily understood. It's the first time I've felt I'm actually getting my problem area sorted and I wish I had booked an appointment sooner!! I will definitely recommend the practice to family and friends and can't wait for my next appointment!

Here's an easy way to add movement to your day. It makes it easier to find a parking space as well. However, be prepared for this, whenever I park in the furthest corner of the carpark (usually Sainsburys in Cwmbran) with no other cars around, nine times out of ten there is a car alongside mine on my return.
