A combination of high quality confectionery such as melt in your mouth fudge, buttery shortbread biscuits, sweet turkish delight and many more.
Cymru Confectionery Description
Welcome to Cymru Confectionery.
I started the business from the stories and memories I have of my late grandfather. I remember when my mother would take me around to my grandfathers on a cold winters day, he would be in the kitchen with his famous recipe book that he kept secret to only himself cooking away. He would invite me to join in and this is where I found my passion for cooking.
After he passed we found his famous recipe book and after spending many hours deciphering the text, we were able to start making some of the incredible petit fours that I remember from my childhood.
Within this book, we uncovered the recipes for the original Turkish Delight with the traditional method for replicating it!
Through the dusted chocolate that covered the internal pages of his recipe book, the recipes for the original rum truffles that were always a family favourite were found. There were many more that within this book that we produce today and bring back those distant warm memories.
We have adapted many of these recipes to produce other flavours.
Since we are a new business we were over the moon to achieve a 5-star food hygiene rating that will help us as a company grow.
We are always looking to expand our range and sell at more venue's and provide to weddings and events, so if you are interested in experiencing what we have to offer feel free to contact us.
