Cyngor Gwynedd Council

Excellent, going the extra mile, service, from staff at Penrhyn library over the years; sadly closing at the end of May. However, I am confident that their spirit will live on at other branches in the locality. Praise also for the continued maintenance of the service as a whole throughout the long era of austerity, which has seen many an English service go to the wall.

I tried time and time again to register to vote however nobody there gives you the time of day. Literally they do not care about the rights and wellbeing of other people. And it is a disgrace to be unable to vote because of a poor excuse of a council.

I could not be happier with the help I received this morning from two members of staff at Cyngor Gwynedd. Both ladies were very pleasant and professional at the same time. Diolch yn fawr Cyngor Gwynedd.
