Helpful staff, but very snooty, Fees for every little thing.Very expensive lift in water fee (£105) where other Marines iv been to charge £50.00... If you cancel the lift before 24 hours they charge you a £30.00 ''cancellation fee'' In my years of boating and using Marines around the world this is the first time iv heard of a cancellation fee for that (especially when the weather is very dependent on your decision to go or not, if the weather goes south, tough luck £30.00 cancellation fee ). Overall I would not use Dale sailing again. The atmosphere is snooty, there is no give or take on anything, its by the book and if your out of luck, tough luck.

Had my boat repaired under insurance. £20,000 plus. The quality of customer service appalling. staff rude and quality control of work bad. Very disappointed
