My aim is to have a positive impact on the community by exposing our attendees to a memorable fitness experience. Sessions will be fun, friendly, challenging and appropriate thereby being recognised as a unique and respected fitness resource for our community.

Buggy Bootcamp - Cobtree Park, Maidstone - Every Tuesday 10am and Friday 9. 30am
Broadstairs Bootcamp - St Georges School - Every Monday 6pm!
Nutrition advice - book in for a 1-1
Personal Training £30 per hour or 5 sessions for £100 (Thanet only)
