Having recently completed on a house purchase with Darlows that was extremely testing at times to say the least (repossession property, with tight timeframe and many hurdles) id like to thank Lucy and her colleagues for their constant help throughout.
Lucy went above and beyond her role to help me out and make the process as smooth as it could be.
I will definitely be recommending Darlows Brynmawr to friends and family and it will be the first place I look to buy a property in the future.

The service we have receieved from Darlows, and in particular Lucy Walters, has been amazing. Darlows always answered the phone, got back to us promptly with any queries we had raised and were always very quick to arrange house viewings. As first time buyers, who did not have a clue what we were doing, this was very reassuring at such a stressful time.
Lucy was absolutely brilliant!!! We could not have asked for better. Lucy went out of her way to arrange house viewings at convienient times for us as we often worked late, as well as sending us new houses that were on the market for sale and suggesting different ideas to us. Towards the end of the sale Lucy again was fantastic, going above and beyond to make our sale move faster and to get us our keys for when we needed them. Lucy was very professional, helpful and friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her.
Darlows without a doubt were the best estate agents we dealt with during the process and we would definitely recommend their service! Thank you to all the girls, to Hannah the mortgage advisor based there, and most of all to Lucy!!

We had our home on the market for 12 months without success so we switched to Darlows and they sold our house within 2 months. Highly recommended.

Lovely people in store, didn't end up buying a house from darlows in the end, however when I was looking for a house the staff were happy to help with any questions I had. I was looking for a while and entered a number of estate agencies. This store was by far the best one, everyone was so friendly and polite. I just wish the house I fell in love with was with these guys. I used their mortgage advisor "Hannah Morgan" which was very helpful! I could not of asked for someone better to find me a mortgage. Hannah helped me with so much, as a first time buyer I didn't really know what I was doing. So I am very grateful to her! She was amazing and can't fault her at all!

We thought looking for our first home would of been very stressful but thanks to all the staff at darlows we had no stress at all, the staff are very friendly and professional, I also went with their mortgage advisor who sorted everything out for me so I had no worries with completing my mortgage :) would definitely recommend to anyone who is buying or selling a home!!! :)
