First class service from this agent. As a buyer you couldn't ask for more, sold my house the day after it went up. The staff know the market well and really friendly to deal with. Communication from all members of the team are excellent and always aware of what is going on.

I would like to take this time to say a big thank you to Sarah for her helping me through the process of buying my first home, from the first viewing to picking up the keys nothing was too much trouble. Initial service by the rental negotiator was ok...then once the rental was agreed the standard of service dropped completely.

The house I rented has a long list of issues - all of which, according to Darlows, had been addressed prior to the let starting. Nothing. The premises were dirty etc and not fit to let.

Put simply, they are totally incompetent...stay well clear.
