Just purchased our first house from Darlows Albany road. I found them helpful and professional from start to finish, everything ran smoothly and they kept in regular contact with our solicitor. We even received a call from the branch manager on the day of completion to congratulate us even though she was working at a different branch and a new home card from the staff at the Albany road. I would be more than happy to use them for our next purchase, a big thankyou to Jodie and Amber.

Jodie and her team have been absolutely brilliant in helping me buy my first home! From viewings, negotiation to completion they were extremely helpful and professional. I found it stressful buying my first place but Jodie and in particular Amber, helped guide me through every step of the way!

Shocking treatment of my brotherinlaw by Albany Road lettings. Can't believe they won't refund having done, in my view, no work. Would not recommend to anyone.

I did originally have a complaint regarding there about an in house independent mortgage guy. This has been dealt with and it was down to miscommunication. However the customer service person I spoke to was rude when dealing with me. I was helping my a daughter at the time. The customer service women said 'maybe your daughter should stand on her own two feet'. I recommend you go elsewhere for your property needs if you want a professional service.

My experience with Darlows was excellent from start to finish. The negotiator (Hannah) was very helpful, if she was not available at the office, you would definitely get a call back. Always kept me up to date with everything which was great. Highly recommended, thank you for the great service.
