Darlows Llandaff have recently sold my property in Danescourt. All the staff were professional and friendly. Elaine was my selling agent and I cannot thank her enough for dealing with any questions or stresses along the way, nothing was too much trouble. The process ran smoothly thanks to her experience and hands on approach. I cannot recommend Darlows enough if you want a stress free, seamless sell.

We had an initial evaluation from Elaine and my wife's instincts were spot on. They weren't the cheapest offer we had to sell the property (but was very fair) but she had a good feeling about Elaine and that truly paid dividends.

Whilst the sale of our property handled by Darlows was meticulous, we unfortunately experienced horrific trouble on our purchase property courtesy of our solicitor. What ensued was a 3 month ordeal, during which Claire, Elaine and team were not only our sales agents, but our advisors, wranglers and literally a shoulder to cry on (at one point the pressure became so much that my wife broke down in tears on that the phone to Elaine; following this Elaine called back a few hours later JUST to make sure she was ok!)

I'm glad to say the forward chain was eventually sorted and we're now happily in our new property, but there were times when it didn't look like that was going to transpire. If the Darlows team hadn't given us their tireless support we may have given up the whole process!
