Gayle at Darlows has been excellent. We originally put an offer with Allen and Harris in Pontypridd and had an awful experience. Where Allen and Harris were in our opinion unprofessional and at time rude to the point where I had to make a complaint Gayle has been fantastic. Gayle had kept us up to date at all times even when it was a simple case of saying I haven't got hold of the vendors but I am still trying. Gayle came across at all times as wanting to help and get things sorted for the benefit of all involved. She has been a pleasure to work with and if I need to sell in Ponty I would only use Gayle at Darlows.

The staff were always proficient, postive, and helpful when they sold my house - especially Geraint. This was even more wonderful because the house I was purchasing's seller and estate agents were so bad.
