The product knowledge within the store is above and beyond, and the product range they carry is huge. In the likelihood that they don’t have what you need, there’s no problem, it’ll be ordered for you.
One of the other things I love about this place is, you can go in with a problem and not have a clue what tool will fit bill. The next thing you know, the big book of tool magic comes out. So page by page they look for the tool you need for the job. The make pretty good coffee is too.

I bought a 36 v Bosch Cordless SDS Plus Drill 36V and a Milwaukee M12 Compact Cordless SDS last week in the shop on Cowbridge Road. Great Customer service and the knowledge of the staff was far supreme than than other places we have used in the Cardiff and Caerphilly Area.
