I am a Man and Van operation located in Old Colwyn in North Wales. I set up in business in November 2013 and I have focused mainly on deliveries and house and business clearances. I deliver single items to full house removals and I am competetive on price. I also offer a House and Business clearance service. I will come and view the contents to be cleared and if I can re-sell the items I will make you a cash offer for the goods which will take into account my expenses and any additional labour I would need to hire, I have offered this service many times and have had repeat business off customers. I have also been contacted by North Wales Police with a view to clearing properties and goods from peoples houses. I will come to your house and video the goods and then review the footage and make an offer which I will post to you and then its up to you if you accept it or not, its that simple and you could make some money at the same time. The type of people I have helped are people moving home, people emigrating, people who have had a bereavement in the family, people who have closed there business and people who have just wanted to clear a garage or an attic, I have also helped people with the purchase of just a few items that they are replacing with new and then at the other extreme hoarders who have been persuaded to have a clear out.
