I have been a Traditional Quality Butcher for 32 years, working in various butchers shops. I know all cuts of meat and will happily advise you on the best cuts. We also cook all our home cooked product including Ham, Beef, Roast Pork and our ready meals are Faggots and peas, Cottage Pie and Chicken Curry.
