Great tennis facilities and excellent gym plus outdoor and indoor swimming pools

I don't think I need to say more the company's reputation says it all. Been there just to see and for the price I'd expect to see a lot more dirty floors, some machines squeak, dumbells are very worn that's a safety hazard, leather pads are worn on machines, staff are rude typical just like their reputation states all in all i'm paying 12.99 a month going to "The Gym" and they have better standards just for a start they make sure they're on top of everything for repairs the price in comparison is not worth it.

We use it for swimming and it's excellent; with heated indoor & out door pools.

Been going for a year. Love the club, great atmosphere. It's big let down is the men's toilets in the changing rooms - always smell very bad! It's not a big enough problem for me not to recommend the club - everything else is great. But I would recommend using the toilet in the restaurant!

Great facilities though high end prices. Team would generally prefer guests and members not to visit. Oh and they love price increases.

Very good facilities but that's where it ends. This place is dogeyheaven the owner is a scammer long and short of it loves your money traps you into a contract find it strange that once you start you can't cancel until your membership expires where as any other gym just as good or better you can ? Well apparently not for a lot of fools here who keep the place running.
Long and short of it ridiculously expensive no one with a high IQ and common sense would that £200 a month.
All your paying for is exclusivity and the feeling of being special or "classy" people but in fact quit the opposite and very little towards actually the gym itself.
Only rich people pay for this place but are obviously very gullible and fooled easily putting it in simple terms lets say they live in Dubai and well they got told that they're being sold special sand it isn't really it's no different to the sand outside their city but they'll buy it no questions asked just because the word special was added to it same here only its reputation. Even though ironically it's reputation is anything but positive the staff are definitely rude.
And if i'm honest I'm surprised this place is running. You only need to go here once then go to another place and you tell me what's the difference between the equipment bar one or two special pieces (like a rower in water which scientifically does not show a single difference) and then think about the price gap and ask yourself what are you paying for? And that is how you know.
Doesn't matter if your rich it's like saying "it's a Lamborghini it's a Lamborghini" doesn't matter it's not practical to have or pay for either.

Looked like a nice facility. We stayed at the Premier Inn on the end of this rejuvenated warehouse building. Food was good. Service was ok

Great facilities but a bit expensive. Lower the price and it be better

Excellent facility overall.

Plenty of tennis, squash and badminton courts with leagues if you want to be competitive.

Gym upstairs is well knitted out and even at busy times you should be able to access equipment.

Good and varied amount of free classes such as circuits, spin, body combat, synergy, boxercise

Staff in general are very nice and helpful, you will always find one however that lets the side down.

The only negatives are as follows, food and beverage is not very good, menu is not interesting in my opinion, I find it overpriced and trying to get food service at the moment is not great due to kitchen shortages. Also I find that when you have an issue, getting a speedy response is not available.

To be fair , the new General Manager, Wayne Isaacs is probably the best thing that has happened in that club for years. He is very member focused, engages at every opportuntiy and if you have an issue he will listen and do something about it.

I really enjoy the club and will probably still be there in years to come.
