Day Opportunities Torfaen consists of the following three person centred teams: -

My Sensory Life supports people who need an intensive level of support and have more complex needs. It is a highly skilled and committed team ensuring that the best service is provided.

Life Works supports people to develop skills that
- will help people to find work, training and volunteering
- lead as full and enjoyable life as they can.
- work in partnership with people to develop THEIR pathways together.

Real Life supports people to develop life skills that
- will help people to have independent and fulfilling lives.
- is necessary to lead as full and enjoyable life as they can.

The teams work in partnership with people to develop THEIR pathways together, build on peoples’ assets and what is important to them. The team works with individuals to develop their own personal plans.
