Days Department Store

There is a conflict between Days' refund/return policy and Peacocks, which is one of the concessions within the store! So, be careful when purchasing goods and double check, as taking back tried on items, (still with receipt, unworn and in shop condition) is NOT straightforward because of this conflict of consumer rights. Very stressful shopping trip...but resolved in the end.

Good selection of clothes however the escalator creates a really bad smell. Would highly recommend that gets checked before I go there again - smelt of burnt brakes.

Going to this café on a Sunday means that their main menu, prominently displayed at the counter, is not what you can expect. Prompting for a jacket potato and a cheese toasty, we had inedible coleslaw, an almost cheeseless toasty, salad that may have been fresh on Wednesday, and a very depressed waitress.

Great new store one problem is highly polished floor, a customer fell in front of me a couple of weeks ago and I've just nearly broken my leg !!!!! Not funny
