Independent dealers are what they are - I had a dreadful experience with the group when I took my new Focus in for a service and they had the nerve to charge me £200 for it. It took 2 weeks for the fault to clear!

My husband and I had a really bad experiance with Renault Swansea, but when we went to Days of Neath we were treated like humans not like something we were stepped in, the service was unbeatable at Days of Neath, and the dealer Howard Florence was very delightful and very Proffesional nothing was to much for us he took us for a test drive of two vehicals and we had a month to wait before we could do any paper work as he ( my husband) rejoined Motability after the DLA/PIP transition Howard said dont worry we will order the car now if you want, so we did and its bloody brilliant a Focus 1.5 Tdi eco, cannot fault it have driven to Blackpool and got a decent 74.3 MPG at under 70MPH cant fault that. Thanks to all who made it possable for us to have this Car Ill be Back in 2019 for another. we Had our new car March 2017
