Walk in to the store instantly smells nice once got offered free chocolate

A reasonable Debenhams. Does exactly what they all do. I can't get very excited about these generic department stores...maybe you can. If so, this may be the store of your dreams.

Cafés good. But the chair's not strong.
Good selection of clothing as well, they're having special offers every 2 minutes!

Lovely shop and clothing range. Cafe is good and staff in the cafe helpful. Unfortunately staff in the store itself can be rude and offencive, which is quite off putting.

Lovely coffee. Nice to sit and relax. Plenty of choice food wise. And drinks. Always looks clean. Then look round the shop.

Went in today to return a item that Llandudno refused to refund the lady in this store was very friendly and gave me a refund immediately. I received great customer service and the lady serving was all smiles and jolly.

You know the only good thing about this store are the toilets-and we all know it.... Good choice of clothes though. Staff have always been awful. I have met one, ONE friendly, helpful staff member shopping there since it opened there. They might sell more with charm.
