Very unhappy with the service. I searched specifically for house insurance on a comparison website. They came up with the cheapest quote. I checked the policy details and realised that the cover was very limited and only covered fire. Attempting to cancel I was told I had to pay £60 within the 14 day cooling off period. They told me because they are insurance brokers they can do this. Insurance companies cannot. Upgrading the policy was also very expensive. I would avoid this company

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS BLOODSUCKING COMPANY WHO OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HAD A RENEWAL WITH THEM BUT THEN HAD TO SCRAP MY CAR AND THEY CHARGED ME EXTORTIONATE FEES FOR CANCELLING MY INSURANCE.............I HAD NO CHOICE............THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND WHEN I EVENTUALLY GOT A NEW CAR THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY PROOF OF NO CLAIMS..............IF YOU NEED THIS PROOF THEN GO DIRECTLY TO THE INSURER NOT THROUGH...............DEESIDE INSURANCE INSURANCE BROKERS/AIM4AGREAT QUOTE ARE A LEGAL CON SERVICE !!!!!!
