Food we ordered was piping hot and tasted fab .quick and exellent delivery with polite staff.Highly recommend.

Ordered tonight. To be told order would be with us in a hour. Hour and 20 minutes had passed no order. Rung to see where the delivery was to be told that it's on the way. The women that I spoken to was very rude. Not helpful and very blunt. Waited another 10 minutes still no delivery. Rung up to be told it's on the way. I said to cancel the order. (Speaking) to the same lady as before. She passed me to the boss who advised it's on the way. I said no cancel the order to which he then said the best I can do is knock £5.00 of the order. It's not the point he said he would knock £5.00 off that made us cancel. We cancel because the lady and the boss not once apoligised that the delivery is running late or explain why the delivery is late. Very bad customer service in my eyes
