I loved making this pretty swan cake for a beautiful boho christening yesterday. Inside was 3 layers of vanilla sponge sandwiched with strawberry jam and buttercream, the outside was covered in our favourite white chocolate buttercream and decorated with a hand carved solid chocolate swan and chocolate feathers.
Our 3 tier wedding cake yesterday at Gwesty Carreg Bran Hotel on their absolutely stunning console table 😍 thanks so much to Mei and the team for making me so welcome XX Any couples looking for a venue should visit - the function room is really gorgeous - I'd very happily set up here every weekend 😁 For those interested, the cake was chocolate fudge bottom tier, tangy lemon middle tier, strawberry milkshake top tier and all covered in white chocolate fudge buttercream 😋

We loved designing, making and setting up these wedding pop placesettings - we knew that the wedding breakfast would look fabulous because we co-ordinated our pops to match the gorgeous Emberwood Creative graphic design and the room at Deganwy Quay Hotel had the most awesome seaview of Conwy Castle and was dressed beautifully by I Do Weddings and Events I can't wait to see the professional photos from Martin Vaughan Photography 😍
