Hello, Shw'mae, My name is Delyth Davies and I'm a designer /illustrator. I design and make quirky, hand-drawn items for the giftware market.

I'm a Welsh girl, born and bred. I live in the countryside and this is a great source of inspiration for me as a designer /illustrator. I have always had a love of drawing and being creative, its always been something I've enjoyed doing since I was small.

I enjoyed Art and Textiles at school and this progressed further to studying Foundation Art & Design and then on to UWIC (now Cardiff Metropolitan University) to study BA (hons) Contemporary Textile Practice. Here I got to explore various disciplines and mediums, working on my style and what direction I wanted my work to go in. The final major project culminated in designing a hand screen print and digitally printed textiles range for Myddfai Trading Company.
This then evolved into a range of greetings cards which are now for sale on my Etsy site.

After designing these cards, I saw that there was a gap in the market for original Welsh design and I felt that I could give it a go myself. I'll have a go at any sort of surface pattern, from cards, to wrapping paper, to wedding invitations and prints, have a look at my Etsy Shop where you will find my most recent work for sale.
