Went there yesterday afternoon to celebrate my Brother and Sister In Laws 24th Wedding Anniversary. The three course meal from start to finish was excellent and the service was above and beyond. We sat outside afterwards while having a drink and the singer/trombone player Tibi was brilliant and his lovely wife Joy also the saxophonist was very good. Will certainly be visiting Demiro’s again x

We came here yesterday for my husband's 30th birthday. Service was brilliant - staff very attentive- seems like a very child friendly place. Food was great and we even had a mini birthday cake brought out for the birthday boy which was a lovely touch. Couldn't fault It! And they offered our daughter a helium balloon (which was very kind but she refused as she didn't want it to get wet in the rain). Would come again

The service today was amazing from the minute we walked In until the moment we left .. the lady that greeted us and sat us outside was amazing and the waiters/waitresses even though were so busy were very friendly and interactive with the kids .. there was a live singer and the atmosphere and food was second to none .. 2 for 1 cocktails you can’t beat it thanks for a great afternoon!! Xx

Lovely food as always. Have eaten at lunchtimes and in the evenings and have always been impressed with the service, the friendliness of the staff and of course the choice of menu. The atmosphere on theatre nights is fantastic! Well done Demiro’s !

40 of us descended upon DeMiros for a 60th birthday on Saturday and our whole evening was brilliant!

The food was delicious and the entertainment was great! Our group belong to the Rock Choir and we were allowed to sing our hearts out- thank you!!

Looking forward to seeing you all again very soon!

I asked if it was alright to just have cold pint of beer and the waiter was very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate me...First class service with a smile!!

Had a lovely lunch from the 2 course set menu today. Sitting outside was great in the sunshine and a buzzy atmosphere. Jazz trumpet player started shortly before we left who sounded great. Service between courses was slow though there was a lovely waitress who made sure things were shifted along a bit when she saw we were waiting. We had plenty of time before the matinee performance of War Horse at the Millennium centre but it might have been a problem if you’d gone there hoping to be served quickly. I’ve been 3 times to Demiros - twice in the night before the theatre - and have always enjoyed it there

9 ladies - starter came soon after ordering - however we had to ask where the main was twice and it didn't arrive until 6.30 - when we asked a waitress why there was a delay she said there was a mess in the kitchen and in her words "I am working my ass off. I love this restaurant and the food was good - there is a wonderful atmosphere with great singing but come on Demiro's you should be able to cater for busy periods - not good enough on this occasion

Visited yesterday about 6.00pm. Only waited 5 mins for a table outside. The place was packed. I ordered fillet steak well done and my husband ordered a ribeye steak medium and a bottle of house red. The meals arrived pretty quickly, but there was no way they were fillet and ribeye steaks. Mine was so dry I had to put some of my husbands pepper sauce on it just to be able to eat it. We had roughly 10 frozen chips and half a raw tomato. We then ordered apple pie and cream and Black Forest gateau, nothing special. Bill came to ¬£75, definitely not worth the money and won‚Äôt be returning. ÔŅĹ

Spent an evening catching up with old university friends here tonight after hearing good reviews and noticing the inviting atmosphere and decor as we passed by. After being seated, a female waitress named Susan came to take our drinks order then made a remark to her male colleague who was serving the next table saying ‚ÄúI‚Äôll let you serve those girls‚ÄĚ in a suggestive manner. This comment made us feel uncomfortable although when he did come to serve he was very personable. Susan later came to take our food order and had an attitude from the offset. When the food arrived it was below par, and my pizza order was incorrect. This meant it had to be sent back and cooked from scratch which took 15 minutes. By this point the rest of my friends had finished eating and I had to eat my food alone. No apology was made before or after and the staff seemed very uncooperative when I told them my order was wrong and begrudgingly returned it. After I had finished eating the male waiter asked if I wanted to take the rest of pizza away in a box because it had arrived late-I declined as this didn‚Äôt seem a fair solution to the problem. We then asked for the bill, and I told the waitress that I was unhappy to pay full price for my pizza due to the circumstances. Again, with an attitude told me she would ask her manager and then went onto say that because I had ate most of the pizza I would have to pay for it. I asked to speak to the manager who came over and was unaware of the reasons why I didn‚Äôt think I should have to pay full price so the waitress had obviously communicated a different story to him. He then also unhappily took some money off the final bill. I have never had this experience in a restaurant before and on many occasions if food has arrived late due to a reason that was no fault of my own the restaurant has automatically taken the meal off or offered a reduction without the customer even having to request it. Our bill was not cheap and was over ¬£100 pound, we were all very disappointed with both the service and the quality of the meal and would not recommend anyone to visit and definitely won‚Äôt be returning again.

Second chance and still appalling service. This used to be my favourite place at The Bay, but having visited last week for cocktails and having awful customer service, we agreed to give it another go this weekend for food. We felt that the worst part was the attitude of the head waiter - which will directly influence the junior staff. We ordered cocktails, and steak & crab cakes as a main. The crab cakes came way before the steak and I complained as I had specified that we wanted them together. The young waiter offered to take mine back until the steak was ready but the head waiter told him no, and abruptly told me that the steak takes longer to cook but that they would come together!!! Even though I was sat there with the fish cakes which I had almost finished before the steak came. I asked him to adjust his attitude. We were not even offered a drink or coffee by way of apology or goodwill. Extremely disappointed.

Came to.the restaurant on the 10th of july to celebrate our son's graduation.The bar staff were great, the tall waiter with glasses was excellent but I must say the food was not up to scratch and nor was the service, I find when the owner and certain staff are not there the service is not good

1, my son had pizza and it was very floury and had to drink plenty of water with it as his throat was very dry eating it.

2, my husband had a steak and it wasn't the best full of fat with about 5 chips and the peppercorn sauce was bitter and not nice.

3, our friend had a rack of lamb and it was disgraceful 2 little pieces of lamb and very little potato and very little veg and that was it for £17.95 .

4, I had a prawn cocktail for starters and there was a lot of water in the bottom not good.



The waiter was bumping into our chairs continuously the short waiter and he didn't care that he was doing it, we come to your restaurant regularly but no more, I am disgusted as I sent you this complaint in a message you have looked at it and you haven't even bothered to reply very very rude like your staff.

Too tight to put the aircon on! Very hot and uncomfortable. Poor service. Some meals forgotten.

Overall very poor experience crowned by the Chef arguing with a waiter and dropping the ‚ÄúC‚ÄĚ bomb!

Really disappointed with our meal last night. Didn't have our booking on list.

Service was a shambles, food wasnt cooked properly.

When we complained food came back out even worse.

Drinks and some meals were forgotten altogether.

Bill charged us for missing food and food that we complained repeatedly about. (Had this taken off eventually)

Just after we paid and just finishing our drinks we were asked to leave the table as another party of people were waiting (who were also booked but had no reserved table)

However the gentleman singing outside was amazing.

Myself and 3 friends went last night (28/6)for dinner before going to see a show. Booked table for half 5. Sat down starters almost immediately. However main was 49 minutes later. Asked the chinese waiter where our meal was he said it's coming. 15 minutes later still no dinner I pointed out that we were going to the 7.30 show he told me not to panic it coming. Very rude I thought. Eventually turns up by now it's 6.45 pm. Eat dinner now waiting for desserts. We asked for bill at 7.10pm. Bill comes along now bearing in mind we ordered from the pre theatre menu which is £15 for 2 courses. Clue where we are going after we ate the bill given to us was for a total of £145.00. Went inside to sort out finally our bill was sorted by now it nearly 7.25 pm. No apology no goodwill gesture. All management could say was well it's all sorted now. It's not good enough. They may think it's sorted but it's not.

Myself and 3 friends went last night (28/6)for dinner before going to see a show. Booked table for half 5. Sat down starters almost immediately. However main was 49 minutes later. Asked the chinese waiter where our meal was he said it's coming. 15 minutes later still no dinner I pointed out that we were going to the 7.30 show he told me not to panic it coming. Very rude I thought. Eventually turns up by now it's 6.45 pm. Eat dinner now waiting for desserts. We asked for bill at 7.10pm. Bill comes along now bearing in mind we ordered from the pre theatre menu which is £15 for 2 courses. Clue where we are going after we ate the bill given to us was for a total of £145.00. Went inside to sort out finally our bill was sorted by now it nearly 7.25 pm. No apology no goodwill gesture. All management could say was well it's all sorted now. It's not good enough. They may think it's sorted but it's not.

Food served was very poor and disappointing having been here previously it has gone down hill massively !

Food was very poor, expected so much more , three of us all had for awful food. No apology. Best thing was the man on the steel drums.
