Very good range of books, especially local ones.

About 8 years ago staff could NOT be accused of being over friendly, lately things have changed, they even smile a bit !

My only bugbear being a local , is that most of the computers seem to be booked in for recently arrived foreigners, and I have to wait, not that i am racist oh no, oh no, its just that I feel I have PAID for the service and they haven't, its worth mentioning.
I DO feel sorry for some of the Librarians, who have to deal with the yobbier elements, that frequent the library, I feel they have their hands tied, and seem to treat them with respect they don't deserve.

Would just like to say thank you for the Guided Tour on Sunday 14th of this month. Me and my partner both loved the tour and it ended up being one of the best things we did on our holiday. Both guides were extremely helpful, welcoming and polite, and I highly recommend to all those interested. Tours start at the library I believe which is why I'm posting this review here.
