Mae'r Strategaeth Uchelgais Economaidd a Chymunedol hon wedi cael ei datblygu i esbonio sut byddwn ni'n cyflawni'r amcan hwn. Mae'r strategaeth hon yn amlinellu'n uchelgais i economi leol Sir Ddinbych a'r bendithion y disgwyliwn i dwf economaidd eu cynnig i'n trigolion. Ein nod yn y pen draw yw i'n gweithredoedd dan y strategaeth hon ganiatáu i fusnesau fynd o nerth i nerth, gan gynnig swyddi o safon uchel, gyda chyflogau da, sy'n cynnig boddhad i'n trigolion a rhoi modd iddynt fwynhau ansawdd bywyd da yn ein trefi a'n cymunedau. Os byddwn yn llwyddo gallwn ddisgwyl gweld: ◾gostyngiad mewn diweithdra ◾cynnydd mewn incwm aelwydydd ◾gwell cyfraddau geni a chynaliadwyedd i fusnesau ◾mwy o weithgarwch economaidd yn gyffredinol ar draws y sir. Dar llen y strategaeth lawn. Economic development is one of our corporate priorities for the term of this council. This Economic and Community Ambition Strategy has been developed to explain how we will achieve this objective. This strategy sets out our ambitions for Denbighshire's local economy and benefits that we expect to achieve for our residents. We want the work that we do under this strategy to help businesses go from strength to strength, offering good quality, well paid and rewarding jobs for our residents and providing them with a means to enjoy a good quality of life in our towns and communities. If we are successful we should expect to see: ◾reductions in unemployment ◾increases in household incomes ◾improved birth and sustainability rates for businesses ◾increased economic activity generally across the county
