A gloriously peaceful place, offering comfortable and beautiful accommodation.

Stayed at smaller cottage week 7th July. Was cold when we arrived and asked for central heating to be put on and were told by owners it was July, so no heating, only log fire. WIFY disappeared on day 2, seemed to be connected to main house, not sure if switched off by owner, no good if you want to work whilst on holiday. Water supply very weak and shower dribbled water, we had to kneel in bath to get wet, with shower held by hand over head. Stair case was very narrow to upstairs and treacherous, slippy, low, narrow. beds comfortable, only one toilet, which doesn't afford much privacy. Property off the beaten track.
