Devere Village Urban Resort Cardiff

Cardiff's De Vere Village Urban Resort is opening its doors for a free weekend of boot camp fitness this weekend (22/23rd June) - with fun for all the family.
Free activities include boot camp challenges from tyre flipping to tug-of-war, as well as free personal training taster sessions, studio master classes, fitness workshops and a host of activities to keep the whole family entertained, including face painting and kids' camp.

Just spent our 1st wedding anniversary with the Village Cardiff, we have had a wonderful time, our evening meal and the service was outstanding esp. Darren. A real credit to the chain!, the leisure facilities also fantastic! Can't wait to return!

It was a lovely stay, the staff very helpful the room was nice and tidy and we enjoyed the spa a lot and especially the restaurant! The food was gorgeous and the level of the service we received from the waiter (Darryl I believe his name is but I might be wrong) was amazing. A superb service !

I ran a team building day here today... the facilities and customer service were fantastic! Very friendly and efficient people, smart rooms and breakout areas, delicious lunch and great cookies :)

Had a lovely day yesterday at the Village hotel. Friendly welcome from spa staff and Lilly the beautician was really nice and I enjoyed my treatments by her, food was lovely too.

Had a fab hen night 36 of us ! Some idiot women on another party got agressivly drunk with some of our party, they were removed very sharply by the security, Hayley and the team were amazing, why would women want to go out and behave like this, once again all staff, security and managers were amazing.

Great place and ideal for being just out of town for concerts. All staff are very pleasant and accomadating in every way. Good bar and food choice with plenty of lounging space. Rooms clean and tidy with incredibly comfy bed. I've loved my stay so much, especially after nursing a well celebrated birthday hangover in the pool, spas and saunas. Just what the doctor ordered, thank you to all the kind staff there! 10/10

Fabulous hotel. Stayed 1 night with a works conference. Very friendly, efficient staff lady on reception was lovely. Good conference facilities , refreshments all day and very nice lunch in the restaurant. In the evening we ate in the bar pizza was fantastic and the lady who served us was very helpful and friendly. Very comfy bed and room was clean with all amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Came with my mam for a get away from all the rubbish break.

It didnt disappoint, room was clean and spacious (we upgraded to a club).

Pool and spa treatments were 2nd to none, food and drink were really good and not too expensive.

Above all the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We will definatwly be returning .

Came for Sunday Lunch absolutely brilliant!!!! Beautiful food, fantastic friendly and helpful staff!!! Exceptionally clean really nice!!!! Definitely coming back and will be recommending to everyone!!!!!!

Booked this place at the last minute, was greeted at reception by the lovely Donna, who gave us an upgrade and was more than helpful with tourist advice, a credit to her employers

Absolutely love this hotel and Staff feel like we're coming home evreytime we check in.Staff are amazing so courteous and friendly. We stay here evrey 3 months just me and my daughter nothing is too much trouble. I will never stay anywhere else in Cardiff. Village Cardiff is our 2nd home.

Absolute, total relaxation. Nothing is too much trouble, even my request for room service 20 mins before the close of the kitchens. Friendly staff, sumptuous rooms. An urban hotel with the feel of a country house.

only down side found breakfast food cold considering I was there each day at 0630 opening time.

Me and my mum came to the spa for a special deal yesterday, treatments were very good and would highly recommend. Pool was a little on the cold side but apart from that couldn't fault it. Only other bad point was how impossible it is to get through on the phone to spa. I rang about 10 times on different days and no one picked up once. I did get a phone call back in the end when I left a message. All in all great place and great value, massage was the best!

Good.helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent rooms. Good standard throughout despite bringing the room furthest from the front door (again) when they sort out the creaking flòorboards in the extension it will get a 5.

Only disappointment was arriving at 11am and no one gave us any information on getting lunch - we did ask a member of the pool staff but they didn't know either. After our treatments we did ask a member of the spa team and they explained we could order through them and eat downstairs instead of going back up and having to get dressed. We know for next time and will definitely be returning.

Entertainment great company brilliant venue very good, food A lot to be desired they embarrassed me. There was no understanding of my health problems. I was trying to keep my problems private which were made public
