Well it's the first hospital appointment I've been too where I was actually seen on time. ACTUALLY ON TIME. Brilliant.

I was worried about parking as I'm disabled, but I had no problem. What a great first experience at this hospital

Today was my first time at Dewi Sant. The staff were all very kind and friendly and the facilities spotless. Thankyou to those l met in the cardiac unit. You're getting it right!! Thankyou. Jane jones

Hospital is lovely and clean. The staff are really friendly and I received excellent care from the physiotherapist. The only complaint I have is that there's no coffee shop only an old machine. Come on Cwm Taf Health Authority give this hospital a decent coffee shop or even open the old canteen again.

Great At Home Service available for the elderly and infirm. Very helpful and caring staff.

Dewi Sant is a very lovely small hospital.



The receptionist is very welcoming, he remembers my name and always goes the extra mile if I need any help.



The rheumatology day ward offers an outstanding service!! Although they have to work in an environment that needs serious updating they are warm and friendly. They are attentive and compassionate. My treatment always feels like a very personal service, absolutely fantastic.



The downside... parking can be bad at peak times BUT seriously what hospital doesn't have parking issues?! They all do.. If worried I leave earlier and wait, problem solved.

The disabled parking was just a nightmare , but the staff in the rheumatology dept are so lovely,

Parking was very stressful had to go around the car park several times before a space became available. But the care I recieved was excellent and did not wait too long

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time checked in on the touch screen computer. Then waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. Not very happy with having to wait for that length of time.

I have been sat for over an hour for my appointment and don't know how many are in front of me �
