Polite staff but was told the waiting time for a recliner sofa was 11 weeks. Went elsewhere and had a similar recliner sofa much cheaper and was delivered within 9 days !

These people are a joke. Have been out 4 times to fix the upholstery on the sofa and chair.it arrived damaged as well. Now I found the arm of the sofa has snapped.ive been packing the underneath with cardboard so after finding the snapped arm I had enough said I wanted an exchange guy came out said himself no point repairing the upholsery as it will flatten again so he went away to speak to a manager. Rang me said I must pay 400 pounds to get exchanged or they repair it again. So I put a complaint to head office, who then directed it to the same manager.i agreed to let them repair again as it's still in warranty. But that was now a month ago have heard nothing.so sent a complaint to head office again.a woman rang once left a number she hasn't rang since so no effort there. I've rang 15 times on the number she left no answer.so another email sent, No reply. So not a clue what's happening, they are a joke. So do not buy from them.customer service sucks there furniture is substandard rubbish and they don't honour your rights to replace faulty goods or make any effort . Cause they've had your money..go to another store ..
