Well pleased with the way we were treated when we went to buy a car , we weren’t hassled at all given ample time to chose , salesman was very nice answered all questions asked , his name was Ian , did all the paperwork i.e. new tax ect ect . would highly recommend this garage

We have had a mobility vehicle last Saturday from Dickens croesfoel and are very happy with it. We were dealt with by a gentleman called Ken Hughes. He was very simpathetic to our needs and extremely professional at his job. I would advise anyone to go and see him if you need a mobility vehicle.

Traded in my car here towards an Astra GTC back in September. Received excellent customer service throughout and had no problems since. Sales guys seemed upfront and honest and happy to discuss prices but we're not pushy at all (which is in contrast to other dealers I have visited). Wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Took my Mokka in for its first MOT. I had to wait there the hour while they carried out the job, but I was sat in a comfortable chair, TV was on- and Wimbledon was showing- so I was happy with that, and I was offered a nice cup of coffee while I waited. The car passed its MOT, so all in all it was a pretty painless visit to Dickens Vauxhall in Wrexham!

I’ve been buying cars from here for years and always felt the team have looked after me! They are Always at the end of the phone if I needed them! For example when I broke my wing mirror... it was fixed within 24 hours!

The standard of customer care is high and knocks spots of any other garage I have used in the past! They are there to look after you and not make money on cars! I have never felt pressured in Vauxhall (when some garages I have been too have really put the pressure on for me to buy a car!)

Honestly the best bunch there!

Amazing service! Ordered a brand new car on the Sunday picked it up on the Friday. Had a fantastic part exchange on my old car and an even better deal on the new car. Everything was so easy and didn't feel any pressure at all. In fact Myles couldn't have been more helpful! So easy and nothing was too much trouble, even putting a bow and balloons on my gorgeous new car! I love my new Mokka and will definitely be recommending you to family and friends. Thank you so much for such for such a pleasant car buying experience!

I received an appalling level of customer service from this retailer. I spent £7500 on a car last year which I had to return three times during the warranty period for the same fault. The problem had apparently been fixed on my first visit and yet I was inconvenienced on two further occasions when I had to return the car. As a working mother of two this was incredibly frustrating. I hadn’t had the car 12months when I was informed that the gear box needed replacing, a £600+ job. I returned to the garage dissatisfied as I would not expect a job like this on a car this age within twelve months of buying it. I asked that they look to support in funding this given the circumstances and previous poor service. That was three weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything back despite being promised a phone call within 24hours. Do not do business with this garage unless you wish to suffer significant financial loss and inconvenience.

Great at first and when new gear box was fitted then head gasket then electrics all within 5 months fair enough they gave it us back running but 14 months later head gasket goes again and they couldn’t give a dam even though it’s obvious the job wasn’t done correct will never use this garage again. Now I think they keep deleting bad reviews tut tut

Great at first and when new gear box was fitted then head gasket then electrics all within 5 months fair enough they gave it us back running but 14 months later head gasket goes again and they couldn’t give a dam even though it’s obvious the job wasn’t done correct will never use this garage again. Now I think they keep deleting bad reviews tut tut

Well what can I say about Dickens Wrexham. Excellent service and in particular Ken who is such a helpful, kind man. I have been getting my car from them for over 12 years now and never had a complaint. Ken is so helpful and attends to your every need. Well pleased with the way we were treated when we went to buy a car , we weren’t hassled at all given ample time to chose , salesman was very nice answered all questions asked , his name was Ian , did all the paperwork i.e. new tax ect ect . would highly recommend this garage

We have had a mobility vehicle last Saturday from Dickens croesfoel and are very happy with it. We were dealt with by a gentleman called Ken Hughes. He was very simpathetic to our needs and extremely professional at his job. I would advise anyone to go and see him if you need a mobility vehicle.

Traded in my car here towards an Astra GTC back in September. Received excellent customer service throughout and had no problems since. Sales guys seemed upfront and honest and happy to discuss prices but we're not pushy at all (which is in contrast to other dealers I have visited). Wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Took my Mokka in for its first MOT. I had to wait there the hour while they carried out the job, but I was sat in a comfortable chair, TV was on- and Wimbledon was showing- so I was happy with that, and I was offered a nice cup of coffee while I waited. The car passed its MOT, so all in all it was a pretty painless visit to Dickens Vauxhall in Wrexham!

I’ve been buying cars from here for years and always felt the team have looked after me! They are Always at the end of the phone if I needed them! For example when I broke my wing mirror... it was fixed within 24 hours!

The standard of customer care is high and knocks spots of any other garage I have used in the past! They are there to look after you and not make money on cars! I have never felt pressured in Vauxhall (when some garages I have been too have really put the pressure on for me to buy a car!)

Honestly the best bunch there!

Amazing service! Ordered a brand new car on the Sunday picked it up on the Friday. Had a fantastic part exchange on my old car and an even better deal on the new car. Everything was so easy and didn't feel any pressure at all. In fact Myles couldn't have been more helpful! So easy and nothing was too much trouble, even putting a bow and balloons on my gorgeous new car! I love my new Mokka and will definitely be recommending you to family and friends. I received an appalling level of customer service from this retailer. I spent £7500 on a car last year which I had to return three times during the warranty period for the same fault. The problem had apparently been fixed on my first visit and yet I was inconvenienced on two further occasions when I had to return the car. As a working mother of two this was incredibly frustrating. I hadn’t had the car 12months when I was informed that the gear box needed replacing, a £600+ job. I returned to the garage dissatisfied as I would not expect a job like this on a car this age within twelve months of buying it. I asked that they look to support in funding this given the circumstances and previous poor service.
