Direct Choice Home Improvements

Had a number of jobs fitted by Direct Choice. I've never had any problems with the sales reps, the managers or the fitters. Our house is much warmer and the noise from the road has been significantly reduced. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future!!

They have just done my rendering and windows and I am pleased with the results I would reccomend them to anyone finish is to a high standard and I will use them in the future

Yes its true that they have been fined £50.000 for cold calling this year but also in the last twelve months they were fined£5,400 by Merthyr Tydfil court for misleading customers that their windows were A plus THEIR WINDOWS ARE CAPABLE OF A BUT THE GLASS WASNT how they got caught was that they were telling the customer that they were A plus when they were not the customer didnt think they were because of the draught coming in that had nothing to do with the window it was their CRAPPY instalation by CRAPPY fitters the customer was awarded £1.900 POUNDS COMPENSATION if you dont believe check it out go on to google and type in DIRECT CHOICE COURT FINES AND ALSO ICO, i wouldnt trust this company further than i could throw them CON ARTISTS cant tel the truth LIARS CHEATS AVOID AT ALL COST, I WOULDNT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE THESE ARE FACTS AND THEY CANT DENY IT

Absolutely no regard for potential customers. Will happily force the elderly into appointments that they are not interested in, and rude to other family members when they call to cancel. Avoid this company like the plague - check out Facebook to see the reviews for yourselves. Disgusting staff and customer service.
