WHAT WE ARE

Dirty Green Trainers are a team of photographers who are passionate about bringing you great images of your sports event.
We share a belief that sports events are more to do with the experience rather than the result. This shapes how we plan for an event, take and select photos and communicate with our customers

WHAT WE DO

The Dirty Green Trainers team is available as a photographic service to event organisers throughout the United Kingdom and beyond.
We cover diverse sporting events but mostly focus on triathlons, cycling and rugby.
We aim to always add value to the event by capturing the moment and the emotion forever.
We specialise in taking images of the athlete pushing themselves to their limit or celebrating reaching their goal.

WHAT WE OFFER

We provide photographic images that tell the story of an event.
We offer an end product that is of a high quality and at best market value.
Images are available for direct sale to athletes or their families.
Additionally, we offer content for Marketing, Editorial and PR.
Studio and /or on-location photo-shoots are available for Professional Athlete Profile packages.

WHO WE ARE

Dirty Green Trainers has evolved into a collective of sports photographers who are deployed to cover an event based on availability and location.
The team comprises two Principle photographers and a growing team of Associate photographers.

Ross Grieve

Ross has been a professional photographer for over 16 years and being a New Zealander his love for sports is immense. The Ross Grieve Studio now works on a global basis and is retained by a number of blue-chip corporate clients.

With his DGT hat on (usually backwards), Ross has won Welsh Sports Photographer of the Year 2011 and 2012.

Owen Warrell

Owen has been an integral part of the dirtygreentrainers team since the beginning. With his wife Charis, they run the talented and successful business O& C Photography. When time permits, Owen is available to provide his talent and unique creativity to capture evocative and truly special images.

Scott Taylor

Scott Taylor is a professional photographer who regularly covers top level sport - notably rugby when touring globally with the All Blacks, Champions League football and Triathlons in his home country of New Zealand. He is freelance but is also syndicated via a major UK /European /American photo agency.

Vince Jones

Vince has been professionally producing photographs and films for over ten years. Before that he taught film and photography to degree students. Vince has worked on assignment in Lanzarotte, creating images for Sam Murphy’s book – ‘Triathlon: Start to Finish’ and has himself run several Half Marathons. He loves capturing images that demonstrate your commitment and determination.

Huw Fairclough
Huw Fairclough is a Freelance Photographer based in Blackwood Gwent.
Huw has built up a reputation as one of the leading photographers within Welsh Cycling working on a number of stages on The Tour Series and the Tour of Britain and is recently worked for Ironman Wales 2014.
This year Huw has covered the Newport City Half Marathon and Caerphilly Borough 10k. He is also Wales’s leading Photographer in Mixed Martial Arts and has been commissioned by the U. S. A. s largest MMA website at major events.
