We were there to watch the rugby on a very busy Saturday afternoon...we were on the guest list ..we were met at the door with a smile of the door man...that was just the start of a very enjoyable afternoon, the staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble,we stayed all day.

Would definatly be going back...

Was out for my daughters. 29ish birthday. Had a amazing time. The guys making the cocktails don’t get a min. I sat and watch them they defo earn there money. �����������

Was a little worse for wear last night and the door staff came over with a bottle of water for me. Thank you!! Had a fab evening what I can remember

The Martini cocktails made by Marco and some of his colleagues made my night! Best service in the city

I was a good day Evening had a table outside serve drinks pretty quickly I enjoyed it and it was A first date

We attended Friday 30th march because of an offer of a free round of drinks via a FB competition which we gratefully accepted. It wasn't made clear to us however that we would not be able to get further drinks at the happy hour rate as advertised on your website (website states 4pm - 10pm and only not available on match days)....so really the free drink you offered wasn't actually free after all.

This meant that we then decided to leave after buying one round of 3 drinks for £27. An extortionate price, and an experience that has put me off visiting Dirty Martini in the future.

Went here on Friday as I won a runner up PRIZE of a round of Martinis. However wasn't impressed with the service I recieved. I booked a table with table service but unfortunately most of the time had to go to the bar (it wasn't busy). We also had to request for the drink to be remade due to a large chip in the glass. When I told the waitress about this issue she asked if I wanted the new glass chilled before she poured the old martini into the new glass. I refused this and asked for a new drink to be made as there could of been broken glass in the drink. However, when she began to make a new martini and reached for the glass I had to again ask for a clean glass. The waitress who might well have been having a bad day as no smile or words let her mouth. I am extremely disappointed and after buying a number of drinks thought we would have had a different level of service.

Lovely venue, spoiled by cheap plastic glasses, bar staff that charge you full price for a GnT but only give you half the bottle. I had to ask for the remainder of my tonic, and my friends’ mixers too. Moto is clearly to make as much money as possible and customer service is secondary. Plenty of better places in Cardiff....

We had an area booked for 7 girls there for a few hours then 3 of us went to the toilet to only been asked to have a chat by one security member and a member of staff. They singled out 1girl who is the quietest of the group and we were not told why or what we had done. Outside they went on to say how there had been reports about behaviour at the bar which was nowhere near true as we had an area booked with table service -being a match day you could not even go near the bar the place was packed ! My poor friend was singled out by your staff and she had clearly done nothing wrong we had only been in the establishment for one hour!! No apology to her face was given which I think is absolutely disgusting as it wouldn’t of taken a genius at see at this point the girl was not drunk and was quiet! Later issue was resolved as the manager sent over a bottle of fizz however I find this funny as only an hour before we had been accused of being drunk and bad behaviour but they(you) were happy to send a alcohol over as an apology!!! We will not be booking an area in your establishment ever again that’s for sure.

Really need to get better staff. A small group of us were refused entry for supposedly being too drunk - even though we hadn't been out long enough to be so much as tipsy yet. Tried explaining to the doorman but he wasn't interested. I'd understand if we were in a state but it's pretty shocking when you're sober to be accused of being too drunk! Looking at the other reviews though it seems to happen all the time - the staff like to single out women for poor treatment.

Really disappointed with my experience in Dirty Martini yesterday for my Birthday. Have been there on a number of occasions and have always enjoyed so booked an area and prepaid for a package for me and 6 friends. After a little over an hour one of our party was singled out and taken out of the toilet by two bouncers (one of which was a male) and walked through the bar in front of everyone and told that there had been reports from bar staff that she was extremely drunk. It would have been clear for anyone to see from looking at her that she was not in the slightest bit drunk! There were no apologies to her after they had seen sense and realised she was fine and their solution to the problem was to give us free alcohol...not what you would think to give to apparently incredibly drunk people! So poorly handled and really put a damper on the night. Reading comments it seems to be a common thing they do! Makes me wonder if there was some ulterior motive?!

My dad was going to be charged £75 for a bottle of champagne which was going to be served in a cheap plastic bottle! The manager and staff were rude and I was then refused service to buy another round of drinks. Don’t have expensive drinks on the menu if you can’t serve them correctly.

Awful. Will be going further with my complaint. What an awful, discriminative place. Waste of £1000 of mine and my friends money
