Today is the end of #volunteersweek so we'd like to say thank you once again to all our volunteers. All of the time you volunteer and whatever way you support us makes a big difference.

**LET'S WALK TOGETHER**
Help us raise funds to support local disabled adults and their carers by joining us for a walk!
On the 20th of July at 10am Disability Can Do are hosting a charity 10k walk for all.
... Walking from the Full moon in Risca to the Ynsddu Hotel and back.
Participation is £10 per person. Join us, do something different!

Disability Forum seeking new members
Do you or someone you know have a disability? Are you interested in the issues faced by those living with disabilities? If the answer is yes, then come along to our Disability Forum.
You’ll get the chance to make new friends as well as getting involved in improving services and facilities for people with disabilities.
... The Disability Forum is designed for people with disabilities, carers of people with disabilities and anyone with an interest in the issues that disabled people face.
Members of the forum meet reguarly to talk about issues they feel are important, and invite guest speakers to meetings so they can talk about their experiences.

Today is the start of Volunteer Week! What better a time to celebrate and say thank you to our fantastic Can Do volunteers 👏
We wouldn't be able to provide many of the services we offer to those with disabilities if it wasn't for our wonderful volunteers, thank you so much for your continued support.

BAG PACKING SUCCESS!
Disability Can Do was at Morrison's Bargoed today packing customers bags in the store.
The aim of the bag-packing was to raise funds and awareness for the charity, and to publicise our services available in the area. We are please to say the event was a success, and would like to thank all the shoppers for their generosity.
