Many Developers are not aware that using a SLO to construct site water mains can be financially beneficial. The Water Company on request will design the sites water main and an Asset value. This Asset value will be paid to the Developer or SLO (depending who pays for the application and design)on completion. As an SLO we will give you a quote to construct the Main, which we can guarantee will be cheaper than the Water Company. Leaving the Developer with the surplus value of the Asset Value.
