Welcome to my page! My name is Dean and I enjoy working with people seeking to improve their health and fitness levels to help achieve whatever goals they may have, whether an experienced exerciser or someone stepping into the gym for the first time.

In the busy world we live in, I appreciate it can be difficult at times to find time to exercise. I have two children and know how hard it can be balancing a busy family life with a career. I believe that finding time for yourself and your health is very important, and a great example for family and friends even its just 30 minutes a day.
