What a lovely and compassionate vet. I recently had my beloved dog put to sleep and the staff treated you with compassion and dignity at such a sad time. Highly recommended

Need to learn some customer service skills.. was lied to over 5 days of phone calls ( that I made ) not once did they phone me to give me an update on the situation while they were treating a family pet.. only when I called in " The College of Veterinary Surgeons " did they finally shape up and returned the pet.. at an extortionate price.. should change their motto to " DOOLITTLE , COST A LOT "..shouldn`t be allowed to get away with it.

Amazing vets.. my kitty undergoing palliative care for cancer... vets so gentle caring and supportive where quality of life is paramount.. The other staff there always really friendly and caring too.. My baby is treated like a little princess.. Can't ask for anymore..
