D. I. B. provides a fully traceable, highly confidential and Secure Destruction service for Confidential documents

D. I. B. provides the service throughout Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Powys. D. I. B. is a one man operation where confidential information is collected in either durable polyurethane sacks with numbered security ties or peel and seal paper sacks or secure containers. D. I. B. is fully certified by National Resources Wales (NRW) and fully insured. The collection vehicle is unmarked for added protection and is locked in transit and tracked. The premises where the documents are destroyed is monitored by CCTV. Everything collected is shredded to DIN level 3 (See attached Appendix) as a minimum standard (cross cut shred 6mm x 40mm) within 24 hours. A free Certificate of Destruction is supplied.
