What a lovely hotel this is and so perfectly positioned right in the heart of everything. As for the staff I stay in hotels 5 nights a week and have never met more helpful, lovely, friendly staff in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. One member of staff in particular Adam was a delight he could not do enough to help me (which was very much appreciated as I have a broken knee) from guiding me in numerous times on the fone to carrying my bags and cases in for me. I have never felt so looked after and welcomed he is a credit to this hotel. I’d recommend anyone and everyone to stay here.
