Treat night for my family after a difficult week! Pizza and a movie!! Great offer with and second pizza only £1! Arrived quickly, piping hot and tasty! All gone bar 1 slice (saved for supper!)! Thank you Domino's! Perfect end to the week!!

Ordered from here last night, food turned up after an hour freezing cold! When I told the driver he said not my problem i just deliver!

First and last order! My sons tea request this evening so decided to treat him. The tomatoe on the vegi pizza half was soured and gone off. Absolutely disgusting. Clearly not fresh and has been hanging around without being stored correctly. I actually feel quite sick! �

Called dominos in risca last night, they said it was a 2.30 hour wait as their systems had gone down and they had a back log of 300 pizzas. I could tell they were lieing so ordered online and pizza came in 20 mins. So I'm always ordering online as u clearly can trust wat they say on the phone.

Waited one hour for delivery then once it come we are one pizza short and instead of chicken strippers we have potato wedges!! Then have half of our order going cold while waiting for the other half! What a waste of money!!!!���

Tonight it's terrible ordered a family deal only 1 pizza turned up cold and waited 2 hours would of been quicker to go to tesco buy the ingredients and make my own from scratch

Ordered a pizza, waited over an hour for delivery and after several calls assuring me it was on its way it never arrived.

This is now an hour an a half later, the manager Georgia apologised, stated it would be refunded and I could have a compensation pizza put on my record.

It took a further call over the course of a week and contacting Dominos directly to actually get this refund, called up to order the food I was promised as compensation and funnily enough this also wasn't processed.

Don't bother trying to order from this store, you will not receive your pizza and when you complain the management will not address your problems. Terrible customer service.

I order from dominos often and rarely do I have a problem, but tonight I ordered a pizza and when it arrived it was really wrong. I phoned my local store in Risca and explained politely that the pizza was wrong, Ive worked in retail so I know how easy it is to make a mistake . The girl was very apologetic and said they would send another one out in 30 minutes. When the pizza arrived I took one bite out of it and could tell straight away that they had done something to it. I think it is chilli on the pizza which I did not order, I was wondering what you thought about your staff thinking it's funny to put ingredients so hot on the pizza that I couldn't eat it. It was even put under the cheese so it was clearly done out of spite. I didn't ring the store again because I don't know what they would do to it next time.

Awful! pizza stone cold and tasted stale! No cheese about 5 pieces of ham and chicken. What an absolute waste of £30! Would like to add this is not the first time we've received a bad order never again.

Absolutely disgusting service. Placed an order 2 payments were taken. Rung dominos to be told no order was placed and we won't be getting our food.
