Unimpressed. We've order twice in the past week and both times there was something wrong with the order. First one gave us full fat coke when we ordered diet and tonight they forgot the extra dip. Unimpressed.

They just can't get an order correct EVER!

If you close at 2am, close at 2am. Not 1:45am, not 1:55am. Not happy.

I am absolutely DISGUSTED with your maes y coed road, Cardiff store. I'm a regular customer, the pizza I has Monday had barely any cheese on it and my chicken box didn't gave the correct amount of chicken. I rang up and the lady on the phone said send the pizza back and she will get a delivery driver to take it and give me a new one, I explained my children were really hungry and they had eaten half. She said don't worry and she said she would put it on my account. I rang up this evening to order again , the person on the phone who wasn't the manager and wouldn't let me speak to the manager who's name was Paul Marx was extremely rude and first of all said I was basically lying and that another pizza had been delivered that night, I asked him to ask all the delivery drivers and he said.he couldn't. He said what ever the manager says goes but the college I spoke too said she would put it on my account. All he did was argue with me and was so rude . I am so disappointed as i am a loyal customer. I feel you need to be need aware because the standard of Monday night and also the attitude on the shift manager was disgusting. You have lost a very loyal customer. What a shit show.
