Woo hoo defo the best pizza in the world practically lived on these pizza when I lived in Newcastle in actual fact I ordered from them so much I got buy one get one free every time I ordered after a while can't wait hurry up got plenty of cash to spend and I love pizzzzzzza

We order waaaay too often and blame our shift patterns but nevertheless it's spot on every time. Fantastic, friendly and reliable service! � ���

Always delivered quickly this is often a late night treat on my days off. The pizza is always exceptional and the delivery drivers polite and friendly.



Ordering in the app is also very easy. Never had a bad experience and I order pizza often ��

The food is great.

But you posted a delivery menu through our door, we rang up to make an order only to be told you don't deliver to our area lol. Why post delivery menus through doors in an area you don't deliver to? Gutted. Still though the food is top notch.

Tried to order online, they took every detail I have including card details, then told me I'd have to make an online account to allow them to sell my info to 3rd parties. When I refused it was too late they now have my details and they cancelled the order. All I wanted was to order a pizza..

Ordered in store, waited 40 minutes before my boyfriend went up and asked where the hell our food was, somehow they’d mistaken the name Nick for ‘Elliott’, like how? The guy on the counter must have a problem with hearing cos he also mistook ‘Coke’ for ‘fanta’.. So they were calling out “Elliott” for 30 minutes, obviously we didn’t respond as that ain’t either of our names, then they tried given us the cold food that had been sitting there the whole time, not to mention the rude staff who walked away when being asked about it.. what a fucking mess, they made a new pizza so that bumped up our waiting time another 20 minutes, THEN THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG!!! Gave us a tomato pizza, we ordered a bbq chicken! All together we waited just over an hour, and they didn’t even offer a discount and didn’t even apologise, demanded money back, they gave us an in store coupon, not that that’s any use as I refuse to go back, all in all worst customer service ever�

Not what I expected at all. Ordered a chocolate pizza expecting it to look like the advert. It was like a dough bread with chocolate spread on it �

Not impressed. Ordered a pizza, paid online, and it took over 2 hours to arrive.

I phoned after an hour and was promised it within 30 minutes. Was then asked for my number and didnt get a call. Week 2 - Ordered at 10am for an 8pm delivery. Arrived 8ish. Happy. Week 3 - Ordered at 5pm for a 7.45 delivery. Its 20.10 and still in prep. Super. Why do I keep ordering? I don't. the wife wife does and thinks the food is worth the wait.

I ordered a pizza deal last night and I'm so lucky I said I will pay cash then card.

I had my order number and that Dom app said my pizza was out in delivery.An hour later I rang up to ask were my pizza deal is.no answer. I messaged them.And nothing.

Normally there good except that time I found meat on my veggie pizza �
